Chrissy Teigan in tears following a therapy session
December 23, 2020
In her latest Instagram story, the former Lip Sync Battle host films herself in pool of tears after talking to her therapist, three months after the death of her baby boy Jack.
During the emotional moment, Chrissy said: ‘So it’s like a post-therapy face filter.’ The presenter is currently on holiday in St Barts with husband John Legend and their children Luna, four, and Miles, two.
Chrissy, 35, is still grieving the death of her unborn baby after suffering a miscarriage halfway through the pregnancy in September. Last month, the former model said she was in a ‘grief depression hole’ while coming to terms with her loss.
She told fans on Twitter: ‘I’m not tweeting much because I’m honestly in a bit of a grief depression hole but do not worry as I have so much help around me to get better and I’ll be fixed soon.
‘They’ll call when im better and ready for pickup and u can swing by and grab me ok? thank u and love you!’
Chrissy has been open about the miscarriage on social media and began documenting her ordeal after being rushed to hospital due to heavy bleeding. The model had a number of blood transfusions but revealed Jack had died several days later.
Sharing the devastating news in an Instagram post with photos from the hospital, Chrissy said: ‘We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before.
‘We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.’
‘To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.’
